Total assets reached $2.60 billion as of Sept. 30, 2026, increasing 20.8% from Dec. 31, 2025.
Net loans receivable increased 17.6% to $1.94 billion, primarily driven by commercial and industrial lending growth associated with the Targeted Lending acquisition. Commercial construction and residential mortgage lending also contributed.
